Not only is Starry Hill a place for kids to come to connect with our universe, it is also a place that, as
much as
possible, is run by kids. That's why we have the Star Guides program, now in its fourth year.
For the 2015 stargazing season, we have four great Star Guides -- Braden, John, Gwen and Brett. These
four
Guides
handle a great variety of tasks... they set up and maintain equipment,
make presentations on telescope use, teach groups how to navigate the night sky, assist guests as
needed in
finding targets and even lead people in doing astrophotography. Wow!
